At one stage he was working for a Global Recruitment firm and was the No. 1 Recruiter within the APAC region.
The reason why Patrick founded W Solutions was to provide an exceptional service to clients and candidates, but the right way. No KPI driven behaviour, no fluff, and more focus on quality relationships that go both ways, being in a position to treat people like people, and being able to just get stuff delivered.
Throughout his years, Patrick has great experience in Infrastructure roles, both technical and project orientated, Project Services, Security Cleared resources and contracting arrangements in general. He has managed several Global Enterprise clients, and can also help companies grow and expand, partnering with start ups that are in a period of growth, yet maintain their culture.
His main focus is providing quality candidates that fit into a company’s culture, making sure the client's values are aligned with prospective candidates and ensure a great fit for everyone.
